Haodong Wang (王浩东) is a PhD student in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong SAR, China, supervised by Prof. Song Guo, Fellow of IEEE. Before that, in 2024, he received B.E. degree in methematics and applied mathematics from Harbin Institute of Technology (哈尔滨工业大学), Wei’hai, China. From Jun. 2023 to Sep. 2023, he was an intern in University of Victoria, Canada, supervised by Jianping Pan. From Nov. 2023 to Mar. 2024, he was a research assistant in the Centre for Frontier AI Research (CFAR), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (ASTAR), Singapore, supervised by Dr. Zhenghua Chen.

His research interests include efficient generative AI model, large language model compression and edge LLM inference acceleration system.
