Tao Han (韩滔) is a PhD student in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong SAR, China, supervised by Prof. Song Guo, Fellow of IEEE. Before that, in 2022, he received M.S. degree in computer science and technology from Northwestern Polytechnical University (西北工业大学), Xi’an, China, supervised by Prof. Qi Wang in School of Artificial Intelligence, Optics and Electronics (iOPEN). From Apr. 2022 to Jan. 2024, he was a research assistant in the AI4Science team, Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, China, working with Dr. Lei Bai and Prof. Wanli Ouyang.

His research interests include computer vision, Ai4science, numerical weather prediction, and artificial intelligence.
